Children are very welcome, with parents / guardians or as part of school visits. There are shorter walks on the nature and woodland trails, ponds to dip nets into, and a play area with climbing frames and swings, and, of course, many farm animals to see, including young calves, piglets, pony, highland cattle, British Whites cattle.
